The client wanted an updated bathroom in their North Admiral Colonial.
They wanted to slavage the medicine cabinets to maintain original details.
Built in soap nitche in the large 4' x 5' marble shower.
The new floor plan allowed for walk-in shower, pedistal tub and two sinks.
Built in seat in the shower.
Shower included bench and useful storage nitch.
Salvaged light fixture, custom nitch, subway tile floor, pedestal tub and lavender walls.

Capital Hill Master Suite Addition

The owners of a North Capital Hill home wanted to add a master suite to the attic of their 3 floor 1920 Craftsman. The attic addition included a dormered master suite addition with bath.
